She is married to Polemos, daemon and personification of war and battle, whose affection is so strong it is said where arrogance goes, war follows right behind.
Goddess of divine retribution & revenge, often depicted with wings, who would show her wrath to anyone committing hubris, against evil deeds and undeserved good fortune. She was considered a remorseless goddess, maintaining equilibrium - a balance between happiness and unhappiness - and is particularly concerned with matters of love.
